Thanks to the quality of the materials selected, we guarantee our mattresses for 10 years against any manufacturing defect.
These defects include:
- A deformation of the original shape.
- A hollow or bump in the internal composition of the mattress.

To identify these manufacturing defects, please gather the following documents, in order to allow our service
after-sales service to carry out an initial inspection to ensure that it
is covered by the legal or contractual guarantee, then send them
by email:

• Photo of the entire mattress front/back
• Checking the subsidence with a stick
  placed on the hollow so as to make it clearly visible (ONLY if there is a problem with sagging). The start and end of the bar must be visible.

The warranty takes effect from the date of delivery and applies according to proper and adequate use of the product.

It must be claimed from Alba by sending an email to our customer service, which will tell you, as soon as possible, what to do. To do this, go to your customer account to fill out the form with the subject SAV.
